This week we are embracing the theme of power in community. Who’s a friend you haven’t talked to in a while? Reach out to them through a text, email, or phone call and catch up with them. Send an encouraging message
Support a friend or a colleague and send them positive energy. This could be through sharing an inspiring quote, funny video or personal message of encouragement. Notice how you feel after lifting someone else up.
