When was the last time you went to explore and take on new challenges? This could look like going on an adventure in the forest or trying something you haven’t done before, like taking a dance class. It can feel new and exciting when you put yourself out there. When you’re ready to take on new challenges, think back to how great you felt after you last accomplished something and let that energy fuel your fire.

A curious mind is the core of exploring new things. It helps us learn, grow, and invite new possibilities into our life. For this week, adopt a curious spirit for everything you do. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and look for the “why”. Find some cool daily challenges to reflect on our app.
Try a new type of movement
It’s easy to get stuck in the same pattern of doing the same workouts and group classes. Find a different way to move and challenge your body. It could be active like stand-up paddle boarding, rock climbing or kayaking, or maybe something more restorative like float pods, infrared saunas or yin yoga. Great way to explore and take on new challenges for your body.
Have a vision session
Sit down in a comfortable space and imagine yourself in a place where you have no barriers, deadlines, or fears. What does that image look like? What are you doing? How do you carry yourself? Are you spending your time wisely? How does it compare to your life right now? Write your answers down so you can come back and reflect on them later.
Look for opportunities in a tough situation
Do a quick mindset switch and shift your thinking. How you think about a problem affects both how much it upsets you and how well you tackle it. Look at tough times as an opportunity to learn, grow or improve your situation.
